3. Account Registration and Security

Verification requirements may include submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within the last three months, copies of payment cards or bank statements, and selfie verification. pwinh may restrict account functionality, including deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals, until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

Violation of gameplay rules may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, forfeiture of account balances, and permanent account closure. pwinh reserves the right to investigate suspected rules violations and to take appropriate action based on findings. During investigations, pwinh may freeze accounts and restrict access to funds pending resolution. pwinh decisions regarding rules violations are final and binding.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

pwinh is not liable for any losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server downtime, software errors, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. pwinh makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of services or error-free operation of the platform. You acknowledge that online gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss and that pwinh is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay. You gamble at your own risk and are solely responsible for your betting decisions.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, pwinh liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall pwinh aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited into your pwinh account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Indemnification

11. Account Closure and Termination

Upon account closure by pwinh, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the closure results from terms violations or fraudulent activity.

Dormant accounts that remain inactive with no logins or gameplay for 12 consecutive months may be subject to monthly maintenance fees. pwinh will make reasonable efforts to notify you via registered email before assessing dormancy fees. Accounts with zero balance may be automatically closed after extended periods of inactivity. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and resuming activity, subject to verification requirements.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in that jurisdiction for resolution of any legal disputes.

14. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and pwinh regarding use of our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. pwinh failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

pwinh may assign or transfer these Terms and your account to any third party without your consent, including in connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer your account or any rights under these Terms without prior written consent from pwinh. All notices to pwinh must be submitted in writing to the contact email provided on our platform. Notices to you may be provided via email to the address registered with your account or through notifications displayed on the pwinh platform.

These Terms and Conditions are available in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms. Use of the words "including," "such as," or similar expressions shall be deemed followed by the phrase "without limitation."
